Lechlade to Eynsham

A long trip today as we wanted  to get back to Eynsham to meet up with Dave and Chris Jones more friends of ours from Tenerife who live north of Eynsham  near the village of Upper Heyford. We did quite well and cruised for 9 hours and covered what had taken us two days on the way up to Lechlade. Needless to say with all that fresh air  manoeuvring the boat round tight bends and locking , we are both shattered. However a good nights sleep will see us fighting fit in the morning.
That is the bonus of leading this nomadic life you do sleep very well.

Locking down in Lechlade Lock with Dave and Barb on Carisbrooke who we went most of the way to Eynsham with.
